Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver across Pakistan.

Delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery usually takes 2 to 4 working days in major cities and 3 to 6 working days elsewhere. Delivery can take longer during Eid, public holidays and periods of heavy courier load.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges, and any free delivery threshold, are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

How you can pay

Cash on delivery and bank transfer are both available. For cash on delivery, please keep the exact amount ready for the courier, as the courier cannot accept part payment. For bank transfer, your order is dispatched once the transfer is confirmed.

Failed deliveries

Couriers normally attempt delivery more than once. If they cannot reach you on the number provided, the parcel is returned to us. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct and complete when you order.

Tracking

Once your order is dispatched we will share tracking details. If you have not heard from us within 3 working days of ordering, contact us through our Contact page.
