These terms apply when you buy from First Layer through this store.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm your order once we accept it. If an item is out of stock or we cannot fulfil your order, we will tell you and will not charge you.

Prices

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees. We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

Payment

You can pay cash on delivery or by bank transfer. For cash on delivery, payment is due to the courier when your order arrives. For bank transfer, we dispatch once the transfer shows in our account, so please send your proof of payment to speed this up.

Product description

Our vests are matched to complexion ranges, not to individual skin tones, and screens vary in how they show colour. A shade will not be an exact match to your skin. If the shade you chose is not right, our exchange policy applies.

Exchanges

Exchanges are covered by our Refund Policy.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Pakistani consumer law.
